- Tern Travel: Our client CRM, intake system, and itinerary portal. Information you provide for a booking, including any passport and payment details, is stored within Tern's environment.
- JotForm: Used for our agency recruitment and intake forms to collect and deliver applications and files to our office.
- Google Analytics: Used to collect anonymous information about site usage, such as browser type, device category, page views, and how visitors arrive at the site. We use this to improve the site.
- Ahrefs: Used to evaluate site performance and search optimization. This tracks general site usage anonymously.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the following purposes:
- To plan, confirm, and coordinate your requested theme park, cruise, or resort vacation.
- To process applications from independent travel advisors who want to join our agency.

We limit access to personal information to the advisors and administrative staff who need it to coordinate your travel. While we work to safeguard your data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own discretion.
5. Children Under Thirteen
MGTC is a general audience travel website and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If we learn that a child under thirteen has submitted personal information through our forms without a parent or guardian's involvement, we will delete that information from our systems as soon as we become aware of it.
