For twenty years, Kristy Ouellette had a rewarding career in early childhood education, but she also had a deeply rooted side passion. The inspiration to turn that passion into a real business arrived in a completely unscripted family moment. While Kristy and her husband, Eric, were sitting down together to review their own family vacation budget, he gave her some practical advice. "You have to figure out a way for Mickey to pay you if you want to keep this up."
So she did.
